High Smoke Output: Our specially produced liquid for automotive smoke testing machine provides fast results. It is designed to safely leak test EVAP, Vacuum, Fuel, Intake, Exhaust, Turbo Systems and Super Chargers by creating clean, high density smoke.
Working Principle of the Device; Low oxygen combustion ELCI smoke leak detection device uses the forced combustion smoke creation method in a low-oxygen environment. Energy is provided via a conductive column to the heating wire, which quickly rises above 300 C for the special (mineral) oil to reach the ignition point and enter the combustion state.
HOW TO TEST FOR LEAKAGE?
Fill the device with 20ml test oil.
Open the pipe to be tested and connect the adapter.
Connect the device to a 12V/24V battery.
When the pipe is filled with smoke, you can detect the leak. Use a flashlight if necessary.
