Elci Elektronik Klima offers first-class products, equipment, and after-sales support services – a combination that enables its customers to develop a successful air conditioning service and repair operation. To ensure customer satisfaction, Elci provides on-site service support nationwide within 24 to 48 hours. Customer requests and troubleshooting forms are recorded. Elci maintains a copy of all service records.
After Warranty
All replacement parts used or replaced are subject to their own warranties after the delivery date. The warranty does not cover the entire machine; it is limited to the replacement parts and the repaired equipment. The warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or liquid damage. Service, support, and repair fees may apply.
GUARANTEE
Gas filling machines manufactured by Elci Elektronik Klima come with a 2-year warranty.
